Immigration bond amounts are set by ICE or an immigration judge. Posting county bail does not satisfy an ICE bond.
Price and written terms
California sureties file rates with the Department of Insurance. Consumer cost is most commonly 10% of court-set bail plus actual necessary reasonable expenses. Plans are on approval, military discounts apply where the written program allows, and most qualifying criminal files do not require collateral.
